Annice’s discovery of writing opened a creative branch in a life already rooted in learning, reflection, and human development. Through novels, short stories, and articles, she explores the beliefs people carry, the choices they make, and the consequences that follow.
Her stories may cross genres, but they return to a common point: the moment when circumstances require people to decide what they believe, what they value, and who they are willing to become.

Experience Became the Foundation
Across decades of work in learning and human development, Annice worked alongside people in different industries, occupations, and operating environments. Those experiences showed her that performance requirements define how people are expected to perform, often without accounting for what they are actually capable of doing or the environment in which the work must occur.
With the expansion of artificial intelligence, Annice recognized that knowledge and skills could be augmented to expand individual capability. Technology cannot replace the value of experience. Experience is the proving ground where judgment, relationships, and situational awareness are cultivated.
Her work increasingly focused on creating the relationships and conditions that allow people to apply their capabilities, take ownership of the work they perform, and remain prepared for what comes next. This understanding became the foundation for the Cluster AI-Augmented Human Capability Methodology.
The Connection
Both Begin With People
Storytelling and human-capability work may appear to follow different paths, but both begin with people. The stories ask what people believe and how they choose when circumstances change. The methodology asks what experience, relationships, and environmental conditions allow people to apply judgment, exercise ownership, and remain ready when the nature of work changes.
One path explores these questions through imagination. The other applies them to the realities of work. Together, they express one purpose: cultivating what people need to meet the moment and prepare for what comes next.

Annice’s professional perspective developed through decades of work across multiple industries, roles, and operating environments. Each experience offered a different view of how people learn, perform, adapt, build relationships, and take ownership of their work.
Working across these environments also revealed a consistent challenge: organizations often introduce new expectations, technologies, and performance requirements before understanding the capability people will need to meet them. That insight shaped her shift from a performance-centered approach to one grounded in experience, human capability, and AI augmentation.
